APPLICATION

In order to make the application process as easy as possible, we have made most of our application forms digital.

For all loans, we request that the following are completed:
Application Form 
Asset & Liability Schedule
(for each applicant/guarantor)
Property Portfolio Schedule (we are happy to accept this in your own format if you would prefer).

 

For Refurbishment & Development loans, we will also require the following:
Previous Project Schedule
Bank account details for Drawdowns

 

The application form is designed so that it can be completed by multiple users as shown in the steps below, however if applicants do not want to share any personal information with others, they can complete a separate Additional Borrower/Guarantor Form and send it to us directly.

The lead applicant should open the form and complete the sections relevant to them.
